With the guidance of the Finance Manager and Finance team, assist with the back of house processes to complete and deliver accurate, timely and customer focused month end accounts, budgets and forecasts. Complete processes and systems to ensure all tasks are met on a timely basis.Your day to day:
- Assist with the delivery of accurate and informative month end accounts, balance sheet reconciliations and full year accounts including the auditing process.
- Assist with the budget and forecast process within specified timeframes.
- Reconcile daily GL Accounts for all theme park divisions to gain an understanding of the beginning to end process with the aim to improve the process and eliminate any discrepancies.
- Provide ad-hoc administrative assistance within the Finance department.
- Work effectively within a team environment to provide excellent internal service and to promote a positive working environment.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience in office or administration is advantageous.
- Strong computer skills with competency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong time management, analytical and organizational skills, with an attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously when required
- Demonstrated discretion and an ability to maintain confidentiality
