The opportunity

As part of the 2025 Mineral Resources Graduate Program, you will have the opportunity to kick- start your professional career with one of Australia’s fastest-growing mining companies.

This two-year program will challenge your thinking across the Finance department, offering immediate exposure to large-scale projects across the business with rotations in areas such as:

• Management accounting
• Financial reporting
• Treasury
• Financial analysis

Your rotation program can be tailored to find a pathway that fits your skills, interests and future ambitions. You will be supported in your professional development and mentored throughout the program.

Requirements for the role

To be eligible for the 2025 Mineral Resources Graduate Program, you’ll need to:

• Graduated by the end of 2024 in Commerce, Business, Accounting or Finance, or have graduated from a recognised University within the past 24 months;
• be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or hold unlimited working rights at the time of application;
• have availability to commence full-time employment at the end of February 2025;
• Must be based in WA or willing to relocate
