Our program begins in February each year, initially based in Hobart, Tasmania. You’ll rotate into different teams and functions, where you can build on your capabilities and create a career that’s right for you.
This is a permanent, ongoing role where we will work with you to place you within the business in time for the conclusion of the program.

What you’ll do:
Opportunity to rotate through various teams across Hydro Tasmania, Momentum Energy (our retail business!) and Entura (our consulting business!)
Depending on your role, you’ll work at sites across Tasmania, including on site at our hydropower stations, dams and lakes
Be part of big renewable infrastructure projects like Battery of the Nation
Take part in professional development and networking with your fellow graduates and senior colleagues.
What you’ll bring:
A recent (graduated within the last 2 years) or upcoming degree in Business, Arts, Social Science, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Information Technology or other related studies
To fill our IT positions, we are looking for those who have completed a Bachelor of Geospatial Science or Bachelor of Surveying and Spatial Sciences or equivalent but also other IT related studies
Passion, ambition and a commitment to driving positive change
Willingness to learn and build effective communication and relationships inside the business
