Graduate Human Resource Advisor

HR Business Assist are seeking either a full-time or part-time Graduate HR Advisor to join our ever-growing team.

HR Business Assist is a specialist Human Resource provider firm that provides businesses of all sizes outsourced HR services and tailored advice. 

HR Business Assist supports organisations at all stages of the employment cycle from recruitment, to interpreting complex modern awards, to employee separation and everything in between.

The Role: 

Part of this role will be to:

• Have front facing contact with our clients, face to face, verbally and in writing. 
• Assist clients with their everyday HR needs including but not limited to interpreting modern awards, employee management, investigations, workplace reviews and audits.
• Maintain client files including onboarding and offboarding clients. 
• Maintain client relationships.
• Keep up to date with relevant legislative updates. 
• Maintain a social media presence for the firm including drafting articles and social media posts.

About you:

We are looking for a full-time or part-time Graduate or Junior HR Advisor who is keen to gain experience in the field of Human Resources and to give their career a jump-start.  Whether you are fresh out of university or looking for a change, we encourage you to apply.

The successful candidate will have: 

• Previous experience or a qualification in Human Resources (or other relevant qualification) is preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to adapt and be flexible depending on client needs.

Benefits:

This position offers a hybrid working arrangement with work from home days each week, Monday’s and Friday’s (subject to client needs).

On the job training and supervision will be provided.

Salary is commensurate with relevant experience.
