Role Description
We are currently hiring Graduate Investment Analysts to join our firm. The successful candidates will become active members of the team and work on a diverse range of projects throughout the lifecycle of private equity, from working on the initial investment decision and helping close the deal through to actively working with management to solve some of their hardest problems. This role is broad and combines both investment and strategy work to create value for our investors.
Requirements
To apply, candidate must have:
- Minimum 80 grade average (or 75 if studying law) from a top university; or
- Internship experience with a top-tier investment bank, consulting firm or big 6 law firm; or
- Represented Australia in a sport or academic pursuit (e.g. debating) in the past 4 years; or
- Demonstrated success in a unique extracurricular activity (e.g. founded a business or meaningful charity).

- Motivated to work as a team member and contribute to evolving the firm’s culture
- Have a high degree of comfort working with numbers and be able to draw real world conclusions from their work
