The Opportunity:
We are looking for an IT Operations Manager for a 12 month fixed-term contract.
Reporting to the Global Head of IT, you will be responsible for the support, operation, management and implementation of Information Technology projects and services for the M&C Saatchi Group in Australia & New Zealands multiple sites. You will provide technical guidance and leadership to the IT team, improve efficiencies, automate where necessary and reduce IT administrative overhead. You will pioneer and foster a self service culture which empowers end users to help themselves.
A snapshot of what you'll do:
- Oversight of IT Environment, including iInfrastructure, support, AV, security and software across all sites within AUNZ
- Build and maintain the laptop build process, ensuring the right access and desktop applications are provided
- Ensure the IT Operations team is delivering within SLA’s and that their operating framework enables efficient tracking, follow up and analysis of IT service requests
- Ensure the IT Infrastructure team provides a stable and secure network and infrastructure environment
- Implementation of the Global IT strategy, ensuring the department is delivering services aligned with the IT Roadmap

Your ideal experience:
- Strong leader with demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels and in all functional areas
- Experience planning and migrating on-premise solutions to a cloud infrastructure and identifying the considerations, costs and implementation tasks desirable
- Proven experience working in an IT Management role
- Excellent communication skill both verbal and written, comfortable presenting to the Senior Leaders
- Experience with Talent and Media would be ideal
