The Role:

Are you passionate about connecting with guests and working in a beautiful 5 star hotel? We have the opportunity to welcome a Guest Service Agent who is brave, bold, and bursting with energy to Crystalbrook Vincent.

Your talents will include:
This position offers a minimum of 25 hours per week but full time hours will also be available. We welcome candidates with previous hotel Guest Service experience and have a passion for interacting with people and an empathic ability to anticipate our guests' needs. 

You will have proficient computer skills (Opera PMS preferred) and have a great eye for detail, particularly when handling guest requests and cashiering. You are familiar with Brisbane and the wider region and demonstrate a 'can-do' approach to your duties.
