Guest Services Agent (Residential Lets & Holiday Lets)

Silvershore Apartments on the Broadwater is  a 4-star Resort offering Waterside Apartments overlooking the Beautiful Broadwater in Biggera Waters on the Gold Coast with Permanent Lets and Holiday Lets.

We are looking for a Guest Services Agent to help in the Front Office with Permanent Lets & Holiday Lets.

Responsibilities

• Manage Permanent Lets 
• Routine Inspections, Entry & Exit Reports
• Manage Holiday Lets
• Handle incoming calls from guests, residents and reservations. 
• Liaise with Housekeeping, Maintenance and Front office team.
• Assist with the management of all operations as required

What we are looking for:

• Permanent Let experience
• Holiday Let Experience
• Flexibility to work some weekends.
• Minimum 2 year Experience
• Knowledge of Resly is (preferred)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A friendly and outgoing personality.
