Due to growth in our business, we have the position of Service Advisor on offer at our Harley-Heaven Dealership in Tempe.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Service Manager, this position is responsible for providing supervisor customer service in our fast-paced service workshop.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Service Manager in maintaining a smooth-running efficient service department with a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Diagnosing problems accurately, and clearly describe them on the repair order.
- Estimating costs & completion times at the point of sale & clearly communicate them to the customers.
- Allocating jobs to technicians based on skill level & resource utilization.
- reviewing work-in-progress to ensure quality & efficiency.
- Assisting in determining correct part numbers on repair orders.
- Making estimates for repairs.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- A minimum of 2 years Automotive / Motorcycle / Truck workshop.
- Must be an avid motorcyclist with a motorcycle licence.
- Great character, great attitude, and great communication skills.
