The RoleAs the Head Chef you will be responsible for the food & dining experience at one of our three unique locations, Emma Gorge. You will construct the menu and be responsible for providing an efficient and cost-effective food service balanced with utilising high quality, local produce. You will be responsible for managing, rostering and training kitchen staff.
