Positions can commence immediately, but also willing to wait for the best applicant as notice may be required. Salary packages and Full Time Status will be discussed on an individual basis and be based on commitment and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Full Management of Kitchen Operation:
- Possesses a clean and clear understanding of creative plate presentation
- Competent in Food Safe operations
- Full qualifications on running all points of the kitchen
- Rostering & Staff Selection
- Food Costs and Controls
- Successfully promote and publicize our brand
- Nurture a positive working environment jointly with the FOH leadership team
- Confidence in your ability to train and develop Apprentices and entry level cooks
Requirements
- Proven working experience in similar position
- Demonstrate career experience and desire to grow long term
- Proficiency in English
- Self starter with the ability to motivate others
