We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced Head of Operations to join the corporate team.
The ideal candidate will be able to confidently lead a dynamic team, define, communicate and execute strategic and operational changes across the 33 offices in our network.
The Head of Operations will work directly with the CEO and Corporate Leadership Team to promote and grow the Buxton brand and audience, streamline and solidify business practices, policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning, management and execution of key network events and training
- Management of the Buxton Business Partner Program
- Operational management and onboarding of new offices to network
- Act as the main contact for business owners and franchisees
- Management of feedback and complaints resolution process
- Human Resources representation (in conjunction with appointed HR agency)
- Review, develop and implement operational changes to group-wide procedures and policies
- Relationship management with key network suppliers
Qualifications & Experience
- Excellent organisational and leadership abilities and problem-solving aptitude
- Strong leadership skills including the ability to lead and mentor a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions
- Experience in real estate is highly regarded but not mandatory
