ABOUT THE ROLE
As a pivotal member of the Super Retail Group H&S leadership team, you'll be entrusted with the critical responsibility of providing expert systems and performance planning advice, with a key focus on end-to-end Supply Chain operations across Australia and New Zealand.
The H&S Safety Manager will actively contributing to whole-business initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing SRG's H&S performance. Harnessing your extensive WHS expertise, you'll play a key role in coaching line managers, empowering them to enhance the effectiveness of risk controls and drive continuous performance improvements.
As an experienced leader, you'll leverage your skills in overseeing and monitoring the effectiveness of our Health and Safety Dangerous Goods Strategy. This includes seamless integration into product and procurement systems, ensuring the highest standards of safety are maintained across the Group.
Embrace a role that values on-site presence, where your in-person engagement in distribution centers is not only significant but crucial for success. While flexibility is embraced, remote work is limited as we believe in achieving excellence through a hands-on approach, with over 60% of your time expected to be dedicated to on-site delivery.
