About the role
Work within our dynamic People and Culture team and take the helm in leading our workplace health, Safety and Wellbeing program. As the Manager, Health, Safety and Wellbeing, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a strong health, Safety and Wellbeing culture through continuous improvement initiatives and the provision of expert guidance to senior managers and staff, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all.
As the Manager, Health Safety and Wellbeing, you will lead the strategic health, safety, and Wellbeing program. This integral role entails cultivating internal and external key stakeholder relationships, reporting on health and safety trends and championing a sustainable safety culture across the Queensland Public Trustee.
This is a permanent opportunity based in our Brisbane office.
About you
As the Manager, Health, Safety and Wellbeing, you will report to the Director, People and Culture and be responsible for driving continuous improvement and positive cultural change in workplace health, Safety and Wellbeing, across the Queensland Public Trustee.
