About the Role
We are now seeking a High-Risk Trainer Assessor for an opportunity within our WA operations. If you are an experienced Trainer Assessor, this is a rare occasion for you to join the high performing Operations Services Technical Capability team on a family friendly 8/6 Roster.
You will:
Use your experience to deliver competency-based training materials to individuals or groups.
Conduct Practical Assessments / Training for specific equipment and/or High-Risk to ensure new team members are competent and authorised to work.
Ensure training materials are maintained in line with business and industry standards.
Ensure team members are adequately skilled and are available across all shifts to ensure safe and effective execution of work.
Coach and mentor team members on how to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions relating to standardised work.
Work to maintain a digital training matrix for all personnel and ensure training needs are met (on site and external).
Ideally you would hold the below skills and attributes:
Enterprise Assessor Skill Set (TAESS00015), or
Certificate IV - Training and Assessing. (TAESS00016)
Experience working in fixed plant shutdown environments.
Current High-Risk Work licenses. (Desirable - WP, LF, DG, RB)
Demonstrated experience and passion for delivering your technical expertise to others in an engaging and professional way.
Have maintained currency with the plant/equipment and work activities in which you train/assess.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills with a proven ability to build relationships and facilitate presentations.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively coach to improve performance and upskill.
Knowledge of Learning Management Systems desirable
Baseline knowledge with Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Be highly autonomous, but also able to work well in a high performing / flexible team environment
