Positive Salary Packaging are currently seeking an experienced Relationship & Business Development Manager to join our team in NSW. As one of our Relationship & Development Managers, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding Positive Salary Packaging’s employer relationships with key strategic contacts in your region. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities in both corporate and government sectors, including contacting employers, preparing roadshows and information sessions, and maximising opportunities.
Work from home: This is a fully remote working role, with responsibility of servicing all NSW based accounts via a combination of face to face and web-based solutions.

Responsibilities:
As one of our Relationship & Development Managers, you will:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers and key contacts to enhance the Positive Salary Packaging brand and increase business opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, actively engaging with potential clients and respond to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare roadshows, education programs and information sessions for prospective and existing clients.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company and its offerings.
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Prepare and maintain relevant call cycles and servicing schedules commensurate with revenue opportunities.
- Successfully negotiate and draw contract terms of service for employers.
- Develop and contribute materials for contract tenders.
- Ensure accurate and timely data management and reporting.
Requirements:
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience building relationships with a variety of clients/stakeholders.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills (both written and verbal).
- Collaboration-oriented with the ability to drive results.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Applicants must hold or be willing to undertake valid police check and credit check and hold a valid driver's licence.
