The Person
Reporting to the Hotel Operations Manager, you will be responsible for all FOH Food and Beverage operations within the Hotel. This is a hands-on role where your leadership abilities will be finely tuned and you will be very comfortable leading from the front, financially astute, operationally sound and strategically focused.
Key objectives will also include exceeding profit targets, customer satisfaction and product quality levels as well as training and development of your team to achieve the highest level of service.
Ideally, you'll be someone from a hotel food and beverage background who thrives on managing large teams and is service driven, an experienced manager who has that passion and understanding of luxury brands and providing that luxurious element for guest. A person who is a strong leader and level-headed in a dynamic and very busy environment will be essential for this role.
You'll also be someone who is completely on board with the concept as well as bringing forward your own ideas and driving the business forward with outside of the box thinking.
Training and development of your team is a key part to this role, so having a strategy and plan for how you intend to train and motivate staff is important.

- Previous stable and strong Food and Beverage Manager experience in hotels.

- An innovative outlook when it comes to dealing with issues or problems.
