What you will need
- Previous Accommodation Hotel experience or similar field
- Passionate about positive guest experiences in all aspects of communication bringing a bit of YOU to the mix.
- Time management and excellent organisational skills
- Full availability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
- Take pride in how you look - feel professional
- Full Australian work rights
- Previous experience using Opera PMS would be an advantage.
About the Roles:
Our idea of a Front Office superstar is someone who will understand our business, make ever-lasting impressions with a positive attitude and thrive on making a difference.
Whilst on shift you will be attending to the needs of arriving and departing guests, administrative duties, cashiering, answering phones, creating and updating existing reservations as well as providing personalised service to our guests.
