We are a member of Accor, led by industry experts and now a rare opportunity has arisen to join our Executive Leadership team as our Hotel Manager. This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our prestigious establishment, ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless and unforgettable stay. You will lead a team dedicated to providing personalised service, maintaining the highest standards of luxury, and upholding the reputation of Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour as a destination of choice for the discerning
Job Description
As a member of the Executive Committee, and alongside other capable executives, you will be leading, guiding and inspiring our operations team to elevate the guest experience by anticipating and exceeding expectations, ensuring that every interaction reflects the luxury and sophistication associated with the Sofitel brand.
Reporting to the General Manager, our Hotel Manager will be an exceptional leader, an entrepreneur and luxury connoisseur who has the ability to find the ’yes’ in every situation. You will be guest and quality obsessed and have a genuine passion for the industry wanting to make your mark at Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour.
Qualifications
To apply for this this sought-after role, you will demonstrate previous experience in a similar position and have a strong focus on perfection for the smallest of details, proven experience within a luxury establishment, and above all else, pride yourself on ability to build relationships and guest experiences epitomising French elegance, style and sophistication.
