Located in the Beef Capital of Australia, the JBS Rockhampton processing facility produces a range of pasture fed and grain fed beef products, from commodity to premium. Our organic beef brand, Acres Organic and Right to Roam, our verified grass-fed beef brand are both packed exclusively at Rockhampton. The plant employs approximately 500 team members with a current processing capacity of 700 head of beef cattle per day, operating 6 days/week.
About the role:
JBS Rockhampton is currently recruiting a HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team in a full-time capacity. The successful applicant will need to possess the ability to handle high volumes of both telephone and face to face enquiries, complete data entry, as well as perform a range of general office duties associated with a busy HR environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high level administrative support to HR Department
- Updating and maintaining all HR records, employee files and system databases
- Compilation of weekly HR reports
- Shortlisting and Phone Screening of potential candidates.
- Assist with recruitment and induction processes
- Developing effective relationships with all relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Compliance to Human Resources Management System
- Ensuring compliance with legislation, policies and procedures
