The Position:Embrace an entry level role as a HR Administrator, stationed onsite five days a week in the western suburbs, covering the afternoon shift and working from 12:00pm to 9:00pm. This dynamic role entails managing a high volume of telephone and face-to-face inquiries, meticulous data entry, and a suite of general office duties within a bustling HR environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing resource manning levels to meet business demands.
• Providing high-level administrative support to the HR Department.
• Compiling weekly HR KPI reports.
• Ensuring unwavering compliance with legislation, policies, and procedures.
• Cultivating effective relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Updating and meticulously maintaining HR records, employee files, and database systems.
• Upholding compliance with the Human Resources Management System (HRMS).
• Assisting in recruitment, induction, and payroll processes.

Skills and Experience:

• Currently pursuing or completed a degree in HR.
• Prior HR experience highly valued.
• Proficiency in administration and data processing.
• Self-starter with a passion to kickstart their career.
