Job description

Job Title: HR Administrator

Location: North Shore, Sydney (On-site, 5 days a week)

Type: Contract (Initial 3 months with possibility of extension)

Are you an experienced HR professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for managing HR administrative functions? Our client is seeking a talented and dedicated HR Administrator to join our collaborative HR team

Established in the early 1900s, our client offers education from Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12 with a focus on academic excellence and holistic development. The organisation is known for its commitment to co-curricular activities and further development of the students.

Description

Responsibilities:

  • HR Administrative Duties: Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including but not limited to employee records maintenance, documentation, and correspondence.

  • HRIS Management: Oversee the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data. Utilise HRIS for reporting and analysis.

  • Data Entry: Accurate and timely data entry of employee information into various systems, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a strong attention to detail in all aspects of HR administration, data management, and documentation.

  • Collaborative Team Player: Work collaboratively with the HR team and other departments to support the overall goals and objectives of the organisation.

  • Previous HR Admin Experience: Utilize your previous HR administrative experience to efficiently handle tasks and contribute to process improvements

Profile

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar HR role.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

  • Familiarity with HRIS and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

  • Effective communication skills and a positive attitude.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred).
