Description
Responsibilities:
HR Administrative Duties: Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including but not limited to employee records maintenance, documentation, and correspondence.
HRIS Management: Oversee the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data. Utilise HRIS for reporting and analysis.
Data Entry: Accurate and timely data entry of employee information into various systems, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a strong attention to detail in all aspects of HR administration, data management, and documentation.
Collaborative Team Player: Work collaboratively with the HR team and other departments to support the overall goals and objectives of the organisation.
Previous HR Admin Experience: Utilize your previous HR administrative experience to efficiently handle tasks and contribute to process improvements
Profile
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar HR role.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Familiarity with HRIS and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Effective communication skills and a positive attitude.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred).
