Perfect opportunity for an HR Analyst/HR Advisor with a passion for HR analytics to step up into an HR Generalist position.THE OPPORTUNITY
Forming part of a global HR team, reporting to an impressive and supportive Manager, the HR consultant position will be a mix of HR generalist and HR analytical activities. Think 40% Analytics- pulling and reviewing data, composing reports, creating dashboards (ideal), working on HR projects using data like the annual remuneration review, benchmarking etc. The other 60% will be across HR generalist activities- get exposure to ER/PM (adhoc), talent and succession planning, restructuring, training, HR projects like employee experience and employee engagement pieces, and day-to-day partnering with stakeholders. Ideally, this person will be mentored to step up and partner with their own client group.
