Working with our experienced HR and retail teams, you will leverage your experience to hit the ground running in this fast paced and dynamic role. Providing world class support to our business leaders & team members, your role will include a range of HR responsibilities including:
What you will be doing!
- Partner with retail managers to coach & imbed new initiatives
- Deliver sound ER and IR advice to support the business
- Manage all ER investigations & provide advice on suggested outcomes
- Manage all incoming enquiries relating to HR
- Managing administrations tasks, including contract creation
- Provide direction on policies & practices
- Coach & develop managers across the areas of performance and engagement
- Maintain a working knowledge of the retail award & standard employment practices
- Contribute to ongoing HR projects supporting both the retail teams & the support office.
- Partner with Payroll to ensuing processes are followed
- Managing several projects with differing prioritization

Who are you?
- 1.5-2 years' experience as an HR advisor, preferably within the Retail industry
- Able to build strong relationships and engage positively with retail & leadership teams
- Proven ability to work in an extremely fast-paced, high-volume role
- You have a high emotional IQ, someone who is resilient & flexible
- Culturally aligned to Team values and fosters a sense of cohesion and collaboration among colleagues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong professional admin skills
- Highly detail-oriented and organised
- Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint etc).
- Flexible with the ability to work under pressure and multi-task to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A self-starter with high energy and a strong work ethic, able to move projects forward
