About the Position
Working in a collaborative HR team, you will be responsible for the following:
- Provide generalist support the key stakeholders on policies and practices;
- Support with implementing and executing HR strategies and initiatives;
- Coach managers on all stages of the employee lifecycle including training, ER and WHS matters;
- Manage employee engagement initiatives; and
- Provide support with a variety of key projects.
About the Candidate
- Previous HR experience performing the above mentioned duties;
- Relevant tertiary qualifications;
- Exceptional stakeholder management & communication skills;
- Strong understanding of employee relations and relevant legislation; and
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to engage and influence.
