The opportunity...
We are looking for someone to support a group of clients with generalist HR support, essentially operating as their internal HR function.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- HR Compliance & Administration - developing employment contracts, position descriptions, policies, employee files and other HR documentation
- Client management – working with clients to achieve their goals and ensure their HR practices are compliant and efficient
- Recruitment – assisting clients with drafting job ads, posting ads, advising on recruitment strategies, phone screens, and interviews
- Onboarding – assisting clients in an administrative onboarding function
- Performance and feedback culture – assisting clients in the development and delivery of performance reviews and providing feedback and suggestions on current performance review processes
- Employment Relations – providing general advice on employee claims/grievances in an effective manner in line with legislation
- Remuneration – advising clients on the appropriate modern award coverage and the relevant conditions
Are you the person we are looking for?

- Degree qualified in HR or relevant field
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in HR
- Excellent communication and customer service focus
- Solid understanding of Fair Work Act and Modern Awards
- Demonstrated experience in employee relations
- Excellent work ethic and use of initiative
