Form of workEden Ritchie is seeking an HR Advisor who will be responsible for providing timely, accurate and professional contemporary HR advice, guidance, and support to the Rail Infrastructure Delivery Office (RIDO).
- 5 month contract with possible extension
- Brisbane CBD location
As the HR Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:
- Liaise with key stakeholders to understand resourcing needs.
- Develop new and update existing role descriptions.
- Apply HR policies and frameworks in achieving business outcomes.
- Prepare HR related correspondence, briefs, reports and resource requests to a high standard.
- Support the Principal HR advisor as required o build and mature HR service delivery across the branch.
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
- Excellent communication skills to deliver advice and information clearly and succinctly.
- Excellent relationship management skills and the ability to work effectively with people.
Desirable requirements of the role:
- Experience working in a government or public sector environment is highly desirable.
- Experience with government writing styles is highly desirable.
