Due to a busy period and team annual leave, our client is seeking an ASAP start for an HR Business Partner to assist their team. This role a generalist HR and BAU position to assist with case management and managing a range of portfolios. You will be working in a friendly and diverse team and guided through what you will be doing while being able to hit the ground running with you commercial HR experience.
To apply for this position, you will need the following:
Previous experience in a government organisation (local, state, or federal) is essential and preferred
Strong experience in Human Resources (if you don't have government, extensive HR experience would be considered)
Strong communication skills and documentation skills.
Have a collaborative working style and strong stakeholder engagement skills
Be able to start within a week/ASAP.
Be able to pass a national police check and a WWCC
Be able to attend the office in person 3 days per week and 2-day WFH
Full working rights and qualifications in HR.
This role will suit someone who is between opportunities or just finishing a role and looking for a short term contract as a gap fill.
