The Role
This is a HR Business Partner role that requires a strong generalist who has experience delivering strong outcomes across the full employee lifecycle.
Working closely with Managers and their teams across two sites, both city fringe, you will be a go-to on all matters pertaining to performance and investigations, interpretation of awards, EBA's and policies, providing coaching support to Managers with process, systems and application and projects on an ad-hoc basis. This role is available immediately, good rates and you'll be supported by an agency that works closely with our contractors on a weekly basis. Rate is $70 per hour plus superannuation.

About You
Qualified in HR and with broad experience, you have strong generalist capability and the interest to get in and assist wherever possible. Hands on and able to work closely with managers and their teams to work through concerns, you are a wealth of knowledge and support. With excellent communications, the ability to interact at all levels confidently and produce strong and compliant outcomes is essential.
