A shipping and logistics business based in Southbank, Melbourne are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team.
The HR Business Partner will collaborate with the wider HR team to act as a trusted advisor to the organisation, offering strategic insights and solutions to organisational challenges.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria
- Minimum 3-5 years previous experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, OD, Psychology or equivalent
- A high level of computer literacy, in particular Microsoft Office (including advanced level skills in Excel and Outlook).
- Proven experience in managing change
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- High level of inter-personal skills, proven experience dealing with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Ability to plan, organise, and prioritise work schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
