If this sounds like you, we would like to meet you to discuss joining our team as our new PLC Business Partner. This role is pivotal in our business as your HR experience and passion will help us deliver best in class HR partnering and support to our valued teams.
As the PLC Business Partner, you will be a trusted adviser for all things People, Learning & Culture where you will:

• partner with management to help to drive operational success and meet business objectives via a combination of your commercial acumen and HR expertise!
• implement all people related strategies whilst contributing to the overall PLC strategic plan and projects!
• provide HR and employee relations counsel, whilst ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and legislation
• deliver proactive and solution-based HR advice with a continuous improvement mindset!
• advise on all people matters to create a positive experience and outcomes through fostering a workplace culture of inclusiveness and collaboration, and always role modelling our company values

In addition to your HR experience, you will:

• be adept at building trusting relationships
• have sound problem solving and decision-making capabilities
• have exemplary communication skills and business acumen
• understand the Industrial Relations environment
• have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
