An exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced HR Business Partner / Adviser to join our HR team, based in their Perth office.
The role will be part of their centralised HR Business Partner team, who will support across a range of portfolios and stakeholders.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Strategic Functional people plans to drive innovation, collaboration and acceleration.
- Culture programs to deliver and manage high performance.
- Supporting line leaders with case management, performance and disciplinary matters.
- Regular cyclical activities including promotions and remuneration reviews.
- Change management frameworks to influence/drive Functional transformation.
- Leadership development and succession planning.
- Degree qualified in HR or relevant degree essential.
- Some knowledge of Resources / Energy sectors would be highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated experience in HR, with strong Business Partnering experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to build high-trust relationships.
- Flexibility and adaptability to pivot and work across various operating sites to corporate functions when required.
