About the Role
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you are a trusted advisor in all aspects of human resources and employee relations for your designated business area. You will lead the effective delivery of new ‘people’ initiatives and processes that support the City of Vincent strategic and operational plans and continuously explore opportunities for improvement to enhance staff and management experience.
You will have a tertiary qualification in human resources, and experience in a generalist human resources capacity. This will be complemented by your comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation and industrial relations principles.
