On behalf of our client – Woodside Energy, a Global Energy Company, Brunel is presently recruiting a HR Business Partner. You will part of the Centralised HR Business Partner Team supporting across a range of portfolios and stakeholders. This will be a 12 month contract located in the Perth CBD at their 'state of the art' premises.
You will be required to perform a range of activities which may include:
- Strategic Functional people plans to drive innovation, collaboration and acceleration
- Culture programs to deliver and manage high performance
- Supporting Line Leaders with case management, performance and disciplinary matters
- Regular cyclical activities including promotions and remuneration reviews
- Change Management frameworks to influence/drive Functional transformation
- Leadership development and succession planning
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a relevant degree is essential
- Extensive previous experience in a HR Business Partner capacity
- Previous experience within the Resource / Energy sector will be highly advantageous
- Ability to operate fairly independently
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build high trusiting relationships
- Flexibility to work various portfolios such as supporting Operating sites to Corporate Functions
- 12 month contract!
- Excellent negotiable day rate
