As an HR Consultant, you will play a critical role in aligning human resources strategies with business objectives. You will serve as a trusted advisor to both employees and management, work closely with TA/Payroll team ensuring the implementation and execution of HR initiatives that foster organizational growth, employee engagement, and overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support organizational objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention.
- Address and resolve employee relations issues promptly, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Conduct investigations and provide guidance on employee disciplinary matters.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with relevant labor laws.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct surveys and analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Implement performance management systems to drive a high-performance culture.
- Provide guidance to managers on setting performance expectations, conducting evaluations, and addressing performance issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6-8 years HR experience, with a focus on business partnering or HR Generalist.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with both employees and management.
- Proven experience in leading HR initiatives and driving positive change.
- Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
