The role This is an exciting opportunity for a generalist HR Coordinator to join our growing team to provide high quality administrative support across all disciplines including recruitment, learning & development, performance management and employee relations. Reporting to the HR and WHS Coordinator the primary responsibilities are: You will own the recruitment administration cycle and provide a high quality service to the management team by utilising our Scout Recruit system: drafting and posting advertisements, reference checking, finalising offers, creating engagement letters, managing onboarding documentation, updating details into payroll system and coordinating probation and performance reviews. Experience all HR functions as the central point of contact, managing day-to-day queries, you will complete actionable tasks and direct other queries to the team as required. Learning Management System: manage administration, course uploads, reporting, and create e-learning modules. Projects, as a valued member of the HR team we will be working on various projects together. Essential Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or equivalent discipline. 1+ years previous experience with recruitment administration. 1+ years Human Resources generalist duties experience. 2+ years previous experience in an operational role in any industry. Demonstrated experience in providing quality customer service. Commitment to high quality attention to detail and accuracy with administrative work. High level of communication skills and ability to communicate with diverse client groups. High level computer literacy, confident computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new systems. Current Police Check, or willing to obtain. Desirable Experience with Scout Recruit, BuRPS, or similar systems. Learning Management System administrator experience. Experience creating basic e-learning courses or Articulate experience. Confident with a high level of resilience and ability to own the responsibility of recruitment and onboarding administration.
