About the Role
To meet our existing demands, we’re looking for people with similar values to join our close-knit team, to deliver HR Consulting services to the community that we know makes a genuine difference. We currently have an opportunity available for an experienced HR professional to join our team to work across the following areas:
- Human resources and workforce planning
- Culture and change
- Leadership development and talent management
- Project management
- Proposal writing, facilitation, and presentation to clients
- Employee relations and case management
- Coaching
- Recruitment delivery
Job Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in IR/ER or HR and at least 4 years of generalist advisory experience across the diverse range of generalist HR functions
- Exceptional interpersonal, influencing, and stakeholder management skills with a consultative, pragmatic approach to delivering HR solutions and recommendations
- Ability to undertake assignments acting as interim HR cover for a range of our clients
- Able to make autonomous HR and ER decisions to support client outcomes
- Genuine desire to want to work within a not for profit or community environment
- Multitasking wizard; with the agility to move between tasks without issue
- innovative individual with a firm grasp on how to achieve continuous improvement outcomes
- Enthusiasm to be involved in longer term projects; opportunity to up-skill on project and change management discipline
