About the role:
Due to the current growth, our client is looking for a proactive and forward-thinking HR professional. In a newly created role, you will be tasked with delivering comprehensive HR support throughout the entire operational range.
- Oversee and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence for new hires, existing team members, and departing individuals
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes - Including reference, overseeing medical evaluations, client liaison for mobilisation/demobilisation
- Oversee employee relations, offering guidance to managers, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Provide expert advice and counsel on various HR matters
- Organising and managing personnel records, updating internal HR databases, and preparing HR documents
- Provide additional office and administration assistance where required E.G - payroll and accounting support (full training will be provided)
- 3+ years of experience working in a similar role within the construction or mining industry
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and or Business Administration
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Solid comprehension of employment laws and regulations
- Capability to manage confidential information
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
