Role Description
This is a Temp-Perth role in the office for a Human Resources Specialist. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to HR management, managing HR policies and procedures, managing employee contracts, and personnel management. The role also involves developing and maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
The Job Requirements
- Expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Employment Contracts management
- Administrative HR reporting
- Knowledge of clerical award & professional award and advantage
- Understanding of FWC
- Knowledge of employee benefits and personnel management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with the client
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Professional certifications in HR or related field would be an advantage
