- High volume recruitment: this role will be responsible for running high volume recruitment for the retail arm of the business
- HR Administration Support: complete administrative duties including the maintenance employee files, onboarding and offboarding, contract generation, leave requests and internal move changes.
- Support management: work with management to ensure the consistency of the onboarding & induction processes. Ensuring recruitment aligns with broader organisational values.
- Manage employee lifecycle changes: Communicate with a variety of stakeholders to oversee changes as they occur
- Coaching and mentoring: provide advice to senior stakeholders on employee related matters
- 3-5 years HR experience
- A degree in or related to Human Resources
- Experience with high volume recruitment
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Proficient communication skills
