Become a part of this global retail company that focuses a customer-centric approach in delivering a high volume of consumer goods to its clients. Working within the dynamic and fast paced HR Team, you will be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle.Key Responsibilities

• High volume recruitment: this role will be responsible for running high volume recruitment for the retail arm of the business
• HR Administration Support: complete administrative duties including the maintenance employee files, onboarding and offboarding, contract generation, leave requests and internal move changes.
• Support management: work with management to ensure the consistency of the onboarding & induction processes. Ensuring recruitment aligns with broader organisational values.
• Manage employee lifecycle changes: Communicate with a variety of stakeholders to oversee changes as they occur
• Coaching and mentoring: provide advice to senior stakeholders on employee related matters

Skills and experience

• 3-5 years HR experience
• A degree in or related to Human Resources
• Experience with high volume recruitment
• Experience in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Proficient communication skills
