The Role
This is a newly created position, providing Administration support to our People, Culture & Wellbeing Hub team. Working within a fast-paced team, you'll maximise your strong work ethic, attention to detail, administration and customer service skills to deliver timely admin support services to our national stakeholders. This is a full-time role, initially for a 6-month period.
What you will be doing:
Human Resources lifecycle administration
Contract generation
Letters of offer
Offboarding
Coordinate contract variations
Coordinate network probation reviews
Process parental leave and flexible work arrangement requests
Monthly reporting
Compliance admin
System support, including data entry & record keeping
