Five Senses Coffee, a specialty coffee roasting company with a drive for excellence, ethical practices, and a positive workplace culture, is seeking a dynamic and experienced person to join our team as a part-time Human Resource Manager. As the HR Manager, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our workplace, supporting our values, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The role is to commence April 2024.

Responsibilities
As the part-time HR Manager, you will play a leading role in all the usual HR functions of: attraction and retention; compliance; job design; learning, education and development; performance management; workplace health and safety; negotiation and conflict resolution; and HRM evaluation. Additional responsibilities include membership of the DEI Network, and the Safety Committee.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in HR management.
- Knowledge of Australian employment legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical HR practices.
