We are now looking for a driven HR Manager with strong passion to leverage a culture of innovation, agility & customer centricity.
In this role you will be a central part in driving RCT powered by Epiroc´s journey and business transformation, scaling the business globally while integrating into Epiroc. It is your responsibility to develop and execute a People and Leadership strategy and action plan to maximize business performance and results.

This is a unique opportunity for you who wants to work as a local HR Manager still being part of a global people and culture team and driving global initiatives. You are part of the management team in RCT and reports to the General manager.

- Drive a clear People and Leadership agenda that is in the forefront of the organization
- Drive a performance culture and continuous improvement
- Attract, select and develop the best talent in the region to build high performing teams
- Ensure that we have a strong pipeline of internal talent performing in their current roles and capable and motivated to develop into new roles in the company.
- Strengthen leadership to make sure we have leaders who actively work with People Management in order to create lasting results.
- Ensure a lean and agile organizational design with the skills needed now and in the future.
- Promote a learning culture with continuous development and growth
- Actively promote OneHR through collaborate in a team of HR resources with the aim to deliver a great employee and manager experience
- Drive Change management approach when needed
- Set and drive a compensation and benefits strategy including driving the regional pay adjustments and yearly performance calibrations
- Alignment of policies, processes etc.
- Safeguard labor relations
- Be a role-model for the digital and data-driven way of working
- Lead in diversity and inclusion
Knowledge and experience
- Minimum 10 years experience in broad HR roles, min. 5 of those years in a comparable HR management role. HR management experience on senior level, knowledge of local HR standards, procedures and legal related topics.
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or Behavioral Science
- Fluency in English, both in speech and writing is a key requirement.
- Experience of working with SuccessFactors or other cloud-based HR systems is highly desirable
- Experience aligning global HR strategies and goals with local HR plans and standards
- Experience working with councils and legal matters
- Experience of HR transformation initiatives including digitalization and automation
