A global retail brand is seeking an experienced HR Manager to take on a permanent role in Sydney's CBD.
Your new role
Key areas will include:
- Recruitment for all levels of roles and coaching hiring managers
- Onboarding
- Talent management
- HR policies and processes
- HR budgeting
- Coordinating payroll on a fortnightly basis for the outsourced provider
- Dealing with any payroll related queries and issues
- Employee relations and retail award interpretation
- Performance management, workplace investigations
- Employee engagement, culture and delivery of global projects, locally
- Managing an HR Administrator
What you'll need to succeed
- You will be an experienced HR generalist who has worked in the retail sector and luxury retail sector as a HR professional.
- You will have expertise in all areas of HR operations, strategic project delivery and be able to be hands-on and manage the payroll and HR budgets and reporting.
- This is a smaller headcount business in ANZ, so needs someone who enjoys variety and being at the coalface of a business.
