In this role, you have the opportunity to deliver HR services based on a solid understanding of HR processes and organization’s needs; deploy HR policies, processes and implement the people and organization strategy in Ukraine & Baltics countries.

You are a part of Ukrainian team, who support on daily basis the Philips managers and employees on various HR related topics.

You are responsible for

• Support departments, line management and employees professionally on HR processes, thereby executing the people strategy in businesses and market

• Work closely with the business to understand and address business issues and supports local organizational capabilities development with HR interventions

• Support and facilitate the development of managers in people management and manager self-service

• Drive standardization in the execution of HR policies and processes

• Managing internal communication regarding various HR related aspects

• Involvement in all matters related to Labor Law

• Significant part of time involvement in HR programs, projects, initiatives, etc. at CEE (19 countries) market level

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (such as human resources, psychology, economics)

• Fluent English is a must

• 5-7 years of experience in a similar role

• Analytical skills & project management or rewards prior experience

• Conformable operating in matrix organization

• Proof track record in operational implementation of the HR strategy through day-today execution of HR activities

• Experience in delivery of core HR services through end-to-end framework and managing stakeholders

• Very good knowledge about labor law
