We are seeking a high performing, driven, and motivated individual to take the reins and join us as HR & Operations Manager for our business!
The Role
In the role of HR & Operations Manager you will take ownership across the key areas that are the backbone of our organisation. You will play a critical role within the leadership team and work across the key business functions of Operations and Human Resources.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Assist business leaders and support them in Human Resources, Operations and general Administration processes and procedures
- Spearhead critical organisational development projects
- Manage HR and develop strategies for staff retention including recruitment of roles internally and implementation of key personnel processes and procedures
- Review & develop on-boarding/offboarding processes
- Involvement in compliance with contractor database
- Continual improvement of office policies and procedures
- Arrange all relevant professional and social events and conferences
- Manage all key supplier relationships
- Work closely with Accounting team to manage all finance-related matters
- Ensure standards are maintained across the network

The ideal candidate will have worked in Recruitment Operations and enjoy strategic project work.
