The Opportunity
We require a proactive HR Officer who can provide effective and efficient HR support to our operational sites and HR Services Team. This diverse and varied position will see you doing everything from HR administration support to managing HR information and communicating HR data to the broader business across multiple locations. You will also have the opportunity to participate in HR Projects designed for business improvements coupled with exposure to remuneration and benefits programs.
The role will include:
- Efficient and accurate execution of HR Administration duties, which will include tasks related to producing employment contracts, managing personnel files and processing employment changes in line with payroll deadlines.
- Supporting the management of organisational charts and HR reporting utilising SAP and other company systems.
- Making an impact to Business Improvement initiatives through regular analysis of HR services and identifying opportunities for improvement along with involvement in HR related business improvement projects
- The provision of confidential advice on HR related policies, procedures and guidelines with the support of our wider HR team.
This role is being offered as a hybrid working arrangement with an opportunity to work a combination of office based and work from home. This is a fixed term contract position until April 2025 covering a period of parental leave. We provide free onsite parking at our vibrant Subiaco offices.
About You
This great opportunity will suit someone with a can do attitude and a strong customer service ethos. We are seeking an experienced HR Officer who can hit the ground running. Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources will be highly regarded.
