Your new role
This is a short-term role for 6-8 weeks and with an immediate start, supporting the interpretation, implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures.
Reporting to the HRBP and working closely with the HR Consultant.
Responsibilities:
- Providing advice on policies and procedures, referring matters to more senior HR staff as appropriate, while delivering high quality customer service
- Administer documentation related to the employee life cycle, including the preparation of documents such as letters of offer, contracts, variations, position evaluations, etc.
- HR reporting
- Reviewing, maintaining and resolving data integrity issues
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous relevant experience in a similar role, advising on HR policies and assisting with HR documentation and administration
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work with HRIS systems - PageUp in particular-, as well as solid experience using MS Office Suite
- Experience in the higher education industry will be highly regarded.
