Permanent Opportunity High Growth Industry and fast growing team $85k-$95k Super dependent on experience Our client is a mid-sized company in search of an HR Officer to supervise all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role entails taking charge of HR responsibilities throughout the company, encompassing recruitment, performance reviews, salary assessments, disciplinary actions, and learning and development.The Role Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job descriptions, advertising, and interviews Manage recruitment and selection, ensuring optimal staffing levels Supervise onboarding and contribute to onboarding procedure development Generate reports, maintain employee records, and implement training programs Provide guidance on HR policies, projects, and procedures Foster positive employee relations, balancing moral considerations and business objectives Ensure compliance with employment laws and policies, resolving complex issues Coordinate safety initiatives, manage bi-weekly salaries, review working conditions Schedule and conduct quarterly reviews, reporting to management with HR metrics About You Mandarin proficiency is essential 3 years working in a HR Officer function Extensive background in HR within the retail industry Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Strong relationship-building skills and practical problem-solving abilities Proficient in payroll, awards interpretation, allowances, etc. In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices Ability to work independently, exercising sound judgment and initiative Our client is looking to interview asap, please APPLY NOW through Rosh Helaluddin via ***************@perigongroup.com.au or 0434 004 ***
