Position Overview:
As a Human Resources Officer, you will play a crucial role in facilitating a seamless experience for leaders and team members within our organisation. Your primary focus will be to handle a diverse range of tasks to support the People Experience team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process HR requests with meticulous attention to detail, including on-board/off-board procedures, employment agreements, and variations.
- Serve as a point of escalation and subject matter expert for transactional employment-related matters, handling tier 1 enquiries.
- Develop and deliver high-quality, legislatively compliant employment contracts and workforce-related documentation.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring a great candidate experience within established SLAs.
Systems and Reporting:
- Enhance and maintain people systems, including HRIS, MultiMax, etc.
- Perform reporting tasks, presenting data in a thoughtful manner to provide leaders with relevant insights about the workforce.
- Collaborate within People Experience and across the enterprise to deliver value-adding services.
- Provide consistent and reliable user experiences for all People Experience interactions and programs.
- Develop and maintain effective collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What do you need?
- Tertiary qualification in human resources, psychology, business management, or a relevant discipline is essential.
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card) – or willingness to obtain
- Working with Children Check (Blue card) – or willingness to obtain
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations
About you:
- Experience in a customer-focused HR services team with a demonstrated ability to achieve results.
- Enthusiastic and passionate HR professional with effective communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office suite, including Excel and Word.
- Ability to handle competing priorities and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Positive attitude towards people with disabilities and a commitment to Multicap's Values and Code of Conduct.
