Join Our Team as a Human Resources Officer! we have an amazing opportunity with our People Experience Team located at Eight Mile Plains. This role will be a 12-month contract.

Are you a passionate and enthusiastic HR professional looking for a challenging opportunity to make a positive impact? We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our People Experience team as Human Resources Officers for full-time hours. 

Position Overview: 

As a Human Resources Officer, you will play a crucial role in facilitating a seamless experience for leaders and team members within our organisation. Your primary focus will be to handle a diverse range of tasks to support the People Experience team. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Process HR requests with meticulous attention to detail, including on-board/off-board procedures, employment agreements, and variations. 
• Serve as a point of escalation and subject matter expert for transactional employment-related matters, handling tier 1 enquiries. 
• Develop and deliver high-quality, legislatively compliant employment contracts and workforce-related documentation. 
• Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring a great candidate experience within established SLAs. 

Systems and Reporting: 

• Enhance and maintain people systems, including HRIS, MultiMax, etc. 
• Perform reporting tasks, presenting data in a thoughtful manner to provide leaders with relevant insights about the workforce. 
• Collaborate within People Experience and across the enterprise to deliver value-adding services. 
• Provide consistent and reliable user experiences for all People Experience interactions and programs. 
• Develop and maintain effective collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What do you need? 

• Tertiary qualification in human resources, psychology, business management, or a relevant discipline is essential. 
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card) – or willingness to obtain 
• Working with Children Check (Blue card) – or willingness to obtain 
• Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations 

About you: 

• Experience in a customer-focused HR services team with a demonstrated ability to achieve results. 
• Enthusiastic and passionate HR professional with effective communication skills. 
• Proficient in MS Office suite, including Excel and Word. 
• Ability to handle competing priorities and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization. 
• Positive attitude towards people with disabilities and a commitment to Multicap's Values and Code of Conduct.
